I have been really focusing on ME lately, because I have determined that running the same race everyday isn't doing my family or myself any good. If I'm in a bad mood, so are my girls and so is my husband. So I need to take care of me. That is the best advice I can give any mom... A Happy Mom = A Happy Family

ReplyDeleteLove this one - you are so right Laura - mental motivation is the first step for a healthy lifestyle. And way to go on the crock pot! :) That will save you a lot of time and headache. The satisfaction of coming home to a house that smells like dinner is priceless. OR just having the peace of mind during the day that you don't have to do it later is great. :) Felicity is growing so fast! Hang in there girl, you can do it.
